At VitaRay, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. That’s why we offer a 90-day return or replacement policy for your peace of mind.

Return Eligibility

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.
To be eligible:

  • The item must be returned to our warehouse with a valid tracking number

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Items sent to intermediary shipping facilities are not eligible for refunds

  • We cover the return shipping costs — once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label by email

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@myvitaray.com or via WhatsApp.
Once approved, we’ll send you:

  • The return address and instructions

  • Your prepaid shipping label via email

❗ Important: Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Received a Damaged or Non-Working Product?

No worries — we’ve got you covered.
If your product arrives damaged, isn’t working properly, or doesn’t fit as expected, simply contact us within 30 days.
We’ll send you a free replacement right away.

In most cases, this process is faster and easier than a full return.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed.
After this period, your order may already be processed in our fulfillment system and cannot be stopped.

Refunds

  • Inspection Time: Up to 7 days after we receive your returned item

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
